01
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide reporting information to site owners.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as:
- Web beacons (pixel tags) — tiny transparent images embedded in web pages or emails that signal when a page has been viewed or an email opened.
- Local storage — browser-based storage that lets websites save data locally on your device without an expiration date.
- Session storage — similar to local storage but cleared when your browser session ends.
- JavaScript tags — small scripts loaded by our pages that collect interaction data for analytics or marketing purposes.
All references to "cookies" in this policy include these similar technologies unless otherwise specified.
First-Party vs. Third-Party Cookies
Cookies set directly by Constant Tech Systems are first-party cookies. Cookies set by other organizations through our website (e.g., analytics or advertising vendors) are third-party cookies. We do not control the behavior of third-party cookies beyond the configurations we apply when embedding third-party tools.
Session vs. Persistent Cookies
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them manually. We indicate the duration of each cookie in the inventory table in Section 4.
02
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Operate the website — keep you logged in, maintain session state, and deliver core functionality that the site cannot work without.
- Remember your preferences — save settings such as cookie consent choices, language preferences, and display options so you don't have to reset them on every visit.
- Understand how visitors use our site — collect aggregate data on pages visited, traffic sources, time on site, and user journeys so we can improve content and performance.
- Measure marketing effectiveness — track conversions from advertising campaigns and understand which channels bring visitors to our site (only with your consent).
- Secure the site — detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot traffic, and unauthorized access attempts.
We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles for sale to third parties, and we do not sell cookie-derived data.
03
Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Required
These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as filling in forms, logging in, or setting your privacy preferences. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but parts of the site may not function as a result. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies.
Examples: session identifiers, CSRF protection tokens, load-balancer routing cookies, consent preference storage.
Analytics & Performance Analytics
These cookies allow us to count visits and understand how visitors move around our website so we can measure and improve performance. All data collected is aggregated and anonymized where possible. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
Examples: Google Analytics page-view tracking, session duration measurement, error logging.
Preference / Functionality Preferences
These cookies remember choices you make (such as your region or language) to provide a more personalized experience. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have embedded. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
Examples: language selection, chat-widget state, video player settings.
Marketing & Targeting Marketing
These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites. They do not store directly personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and device. These cookies are only placed with your explicit consent. You can opt out at any time via the preference center below.
Examples: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking.

Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are placed by third-party services we use. Each provider operates under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review:
- Google Analytics — measures website traffic and user behavior. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Google Ads — tracks conversions from our advertising campaigns. Managed through Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures campaign performance and enables retargeting on LinkedIn. Privacy policy: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. Opt-out: linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls
We periodically review our third-party cookie providers to ensure they meet our data protection standards. We require any third-party tool we embed to comply with applicable privacy laws and to provide users with a mechanism to opt out of non-essential tracking.
06
Your Choices & Controls
You have several options for managing cookies. Changes you make here apply to this browser and device only.

Use the toggles below to manage non-essential cookies. Your preference is saved for 12 months in the cts_consent cookie.
Strictly Necessary
Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
Analytics & Performance
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
Preference / Functionality
Remember your settings for a personalized experience.
Marketing & Targeting

Browser Settings
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies stored on your device and delete them individually or in bulk.
- Block all cookies or only third-party cookies.
- Set exceptions to allow cookies from specific websites.
- Be notified each time a cookie is sent to your device.
Instructions for the most common browsers:
- Chrome — Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox — Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge — Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
Opt-Out Tools
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from many ad networks through industry opt-out platforms:
- NAI Opt-Out — optout.networkadvertising.org
- DAA Opt-Out — optout.aboutads.info
- EDAA (EU) — youronlinechoices.eu
- Google Analytics Opt-Out — tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
07
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that you can enable to request that websites not track your browsing activity. Because there is currently no universally agreed-upon standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our website does not alter its behavior in response to a DNT request at this time.
We will revisit this position as industry standards evolve. In the meantime, you can use the preference controls in Section 6 to limit non-essential tracking on our site specifically.
California residents may also exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) regarding the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a CCPA opt-out request, contact us at privacy@constanttechsystems.com.
08
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our consent management tools. When we make material changes we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Reset the cookie consent banner for returning visitors where required by applicable law, so you have an opportunity to review and re-confirm your preferences.
We encourage you to revisit this page periodically. The current version is always accessible via the Cookie Policy link in our website footer.
