Easy Step-By-Step Guide

STEP 0

SUPPLIER DEPENDENCE

Before dealers/resellers can start utilizing all the Constand Catalog features and benefits, the supplier product data needs to exist. Suppliers upload their data, create product lines, create secure ‘Product Codes’ and send them to you for subsequent processing and usage. Register and create your Dealer/Reseller profile so you can start generating invitations to your suppliers so you can get started ASAP!

STEP 1

Retrieve and process ‘Supplier Product Codes’. These codes (similar to a PIN) each consist of the supplier’s product data sets, product lines, series, categories, costs, etc.

STEP 2

Using ‘Supplier Product Codes’, create catalogs and price sheets.

STEP 3

If you need a website presence, auto-generate your ‘Virtual Showroom’, select a theme and publish. Site is Mobile-Ready with social media built-in and all your product lines are included.

STEP 4

Download the ‘Accounting Update File’ to import into your accounting system.

STEP 5

Upload ‘Product Activity’ and create reports, as needed.

STEP 6
